Bedtime can be terrible if you're having trouble getting to sleep.             Sleep is incredibly important, especially if you're constantly on the go. If you can't get sleep then you might want to try herbs before getting a chemical based prescription from you body. Herbs allow you to naturally sleep so your body can fix the problem on its own.
